Privacy policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

This policy explains how Rienzi Technologies ("we", "us"), the data controller for this website, handles personal data under the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

1. What we collect

2. Why we use it and our lawful basis

3. Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data on our instructions, such as hosting, email delivery, Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection) and Google Analytics (only with consent). We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Some providers, including Google, may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries and demo requests are kept while the matter is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a customer, in which case your customer records are kept under that agreement. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics account.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site (such as security and session cookies) and, only if you accept, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and regular backups to protect personal data, and limit access to staff who need it.
